Training and Consulting Group Transmisja was established in 1999 by Magdalena Sękowska who remains its director. The company offers training and consulting services related with supporting companies’ HR policy. We see our job as participation in creating and inspiring positive changes within the organization. We also offer assistance in finding new and different prospects and ways of effective operation as well as directions of further development. Additionally, we offer training courses in different fields for higher-rank executives and managers. In our work, we base on the system approach, the concept of Transactional Analysis and the latest achievements in the fields of sociology and anthropology which ensure efficiency, complexity of the undertaken actions and monitoring of the obtained results. We share our experience as co - founders and members of Polish Association of Organizational Transactional Analysis. We are also founder member of Polish Chamber of Training Companies and member of Business Centre Club.

The paradigm determining our model of work is defined through systemic thinking and constructivism. We apply philosophical, anthropological, psychological, sociological
and neurological knowledge for better understanding of individual and organizational behaviors. We create our own methods of work to cooperate with Clients more effectively. We have formed new method of conducting Development Center sessions, as an efficient way of assessment of employees’ potential, based on systemic model of understanding competencies. We think that our work requires application of methods that allow to see the organization as a whole instead of isolated areas. Research on separated displays of organizational functioning without reference to processes joining them leads to simplifications and distortions. That is why our work requires reference to organizational culture, defining the context in which people function. Systemic thinking supports this way of understanding organizations. We search for idiosyncrasy of individuals and organizations through the prism of constructivism; we also apply narrative methods.
Diagnosis of organizational culture is one of the methods that we use in our work. It allows us to understand the context and mechanisms of processes characterizing the organization.
We specialize in work with board of managers. Together with senior management we observe the processes within the company: communication, management patterns, dominant relationships with internal and external clients. We concentrate on raising the effectiveness of the board, defining it’s potential and creating the program for further development.
In our practice, we often apply the concept of Transactional Analysis. It was formed by Eric Berne and it is best known for PAC model, which is often used to illustrate communication between people. However it is a systemic method, which by means of many different models enables the description and understanding of processes on the individual and systemic level.
Some of these models are: life script, organizational script, Karpman’s drama triangle, time structuring, stroke economy, working styles, psychological games, life positions.
Apart from trainings we also run counseling, coaching, employees’ potential assessment, organizational culture research, critical situation solving, employees’ satisfaction assessment.
